This is a key investment in our shared success, designed to deliver an even more seamless and efficient experience.

Once we go live, you'll notice several key benefits intended to enhance our partnership:

• Simplified Ordering: We're streamlining part numbers to reduce complexity and save you time.
• More Efficient Pricing: We're moving to an easier-to-understand system of discount percentages. New Discount Schedule Documents (DSDs) will be issued to you shortly.
• Improved Documents & Faster Responses: You'll experience a significant increase in the speed of our order confirmations. Documents like invoices will also have a cleaner, easier-to-read layout.

The launch of D365 also enhances your online resource, the PipeLine Distributor Portal. We encourage you to log in to PipeLine anytime to access real-time order status and view your pricing. If you have yet to take advantage of this powerful tool, PipeLine is free for distributors, and you can sign up for access here: PipeLine Distributor Portal. 

To successfully launch D365, our order entry, shipping, and billing systems will be offline starting at 5:00 PM EDT on Friday, September 26th, and will be back online by 8:00 AM EDT on Tuesday, September 30th. To ensure your orders are processed before the shutdown, we kindly ask that you submit them by Monday, September 15th.
