PVDF Ball Valves Now Available from Hayward Flow Control

Clemmons, NC (October 22, 2018) – Hayward Flow Control announces the addition of its TB Series Ball Valve to its range of natural PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) products. With the TB Series available in PVDF, Hayward continues its expansion into higher temperature services, extreme corrosive and sensitive media systems.

The PVDF TB Series Ball Valve features a true union design with threaded or IPS socket fusion end connections. The ball is molded from PVDF material. FPM seals are standard. Sizes include 1/4” through 1”. All sizes carry a pressure rating of 150psi / 10 bar Non-Shock at 70oF / 23°C. Maximum service temperature is 240°F / 115°C.

Typical applications or installations include, but are not limited to, water and wastewater treatment, clean water technology, chemical feed systens, chemical processing, mining and mineral processing, metal plating / surface finishing, marine, pulp and paper, and other demanding processes.
