The Hayward RPV Series Pressure Relief valves protect sensitive process equipment from over-pressure situations by maintaining target operating pressure. The RPV Series pressure relief valves are available from 1/4 to 4", with PVC, CPVC, PP and PVDF wetted bodies. The factory set pressure of 50 psi is easily field adjustable between 10 to 150 psi (other pressure ranges are available by request). Backed by Hayward's 3-year warranty, the RPV Series Pressure Relief valves will provide reliable results in your tough Chemfeed applications.

All 1/4"– 4" thermoplastic RPV valves shall be manufactured with PVC Type 1, Grade 1 (ASTM D1784, Cell Classification 12454), CPVC (ASTM D1784, Cell Classification 23447), Polypropylene (ASTM D4101, Cell Classification 85580), or PVDF (ASTM D3222 Type 1). All valves shall have a Noryl™ molded dome. All hardware shall be 304 stainless steel. Valves shall have an adjustable pressure setting. The diaphragm shall be PTFE backed with EPDM as standard. A diaphragm of PTFE backed with FPM is available. All O-rings shall be EPDM or FPM. Valves are available in threaded, socket, true union socket, or flanged end connection configurations. All 1/4” – 4” PVC, CPVC, or PVDF valves shall be pressure-rated for 250 psi at 70°F non-shock. All 1/4” – 4” Polypropylene valves shall be pressure rated for 150 psi at 70° non-shock. All sizes of ANSI 150 lb flanged valves shall be pressure rated for 150 psi/PN10 at 70°F non-shock. RPV Series Thermoplastic Pressure Relief Valves shall carry a three-year global warranty, shall be manufactured by Hayward® Flow Control, and in the USA.
